The following criteria have been established by GVQC for the enjoyment of all members at the meetings, including those watching by Zoom.

Please be considerate to your fellow quilters by not talking during the business meeting and presentations.
Remember to silence your cell phone and other electronics.
WiFi on your phone must be turned off or placed in airplane mode to allow sufficient bandwidth for live streaming the meeting.
Please silence your phone or place on vibrate mode. If you need to answer a call, please go into the hall so that the meeting or presentation is not disturbed by your conversation.
Some members are sensitive to fragrances, please be considerate to others.
If you arrive after 10:30, the entrance will be locked. Go to Door J on the west side of the building (exit driveway side of the building) and ring the bell to enter.
In the event of an emergency and the building needs to be vacated, go to the closest exit which might be into the central garden, or through the kitchen (west side of the building) and out the west door.
