As a member of GVQC, you are automatically a member of Quilters Consortium of New York State (QCNYS)

As a result, you can participate in Consortium activities, meetings, quilt challenges, and all other benefits.

Can't Attend the Meeting? Watch on Zoom.

GVQC has a dedicated tech team that operates sound, camera, and computer to provide the meeting live for those that cannot attend the meeting.

Meetings will be "zoomed" all months except December, January, and June. Members will receive an email the week of the meeting with the Zoom invitation link.

Zoom Instructions

Save the Zoom invitation email.
Make sure that Zoom is installed on your computer, tablet or phone. Website: zoom.com
On Meeting day, about 10 minutes before the meeting starts (about 10 AM), tap on the "Join Zoom Meeting" link in the Zoom invitation email.
Phone numbers are also listed in the Zoom email invitation if you prefer to only listen.

Membership Renewal

Renewal for the 2026-2027 club year will begin in June
All members, including Honorary must renew membership
Membership is $50. Honorary members are free.
Membership includes the monthly Patchword newsletter, sent by email at the end of the month prior to each meeting month September through June.
Renew using the online form or print and mail with your check.
