Fabric Foundation Piecing: piecing using a printed fabric foundation

Kit: $15 (pay teacher)

Level: Any level of skill

Description

Students will learn how to achieve precise blocks by piecing onto a printed fabric foundation. This technique brings accuracy and stability to textiles that can be slippery and quick to fray.

Two traditional blocks will be created: Grandmother's Fan and Flying Geese

Workshop Registration

Workshop Fee: Member $60, Non-member $75 (unless otherwise noted). Some workshops require purchase of kit/supplies.

Non-member registration opens for fall workshops on August 1 and for spring workshops on January 1.
