Club Organizational Structure

The Genesee Valley Quilt Club, Inc. is run by volunteers. The teams that manage the club activities are the Executive Committee and Board Of Directors.

The Executive Committee consists of 5 club members. They are responsible for the day to day operations of the club.

The Board of Directors has 11 members. There are 5 from the Executive Committee and 6 at-large club members. The function of the Board is to oversee the long-term direction of the club in accordance with the constitution and bylaws of the club.

All positions are voted on by the membership. Though term length varies, elections are held once a year in May.
