The Genesee Valley Quilt Club, Inc is one of the oldest continually meeting quilt clubs in the
nation. We began meeting with 10 members in January 1936. In 2006 we celebrated 70 years
of friendship, quilting and community caring.
The GVQC is a 501 (c) (3) non-profit public benefit corporation whose purpose is to promote
the art of quilt making, & serve the community.

About our Monthly Meetings.....
2nd Thursday of the month September - June* 9:00 AM - 1:30 PM *June meeting is a Picnic at Roger Robach Community Center at Charlotte Beach (Ontario Beach Park)

♦ Host member sale tables
(great way to clean out your stash to make room for more goodies)
♦ Hold a fat quarter drawing
♦ Offer a Block of the Month
♦ Comfort Quilt table where members can check-out
pre-cut kits to make into quilts for those in need.
♦ Have Show and Tell where members share their quilts
and the stories behind them.
