Ready for show and tell
What do you know?

Members all line up ready to Share
Quilts they have made
With Love and With Care

Jenna Darlak Presents Her Mom's Lily Quilt
She hand-stitched the background
And the flowers that tilt

Then Jenna showed us one she made herself
One that she said she won't
Tuck away on a shelf

Next Carol Altemus who took Sally Collin's class
Made a nice wall hanging
From fabrics and colors that surely will last

Carol Spreter didn't make this one in the usual way
She quilted the center
Then started to stray

She added the borders while smiling away
Then quilted and bound them
It was NOT a quilt in a day!

Judy Harbison then walked up to the mic
She told us about her sampler
And how she stitched by day and by night!

A Signature Quilt shown by Judy Meiller
Delighted and Charmed Us
That is for sure!

Lynn Hayes shared a quilt that is white and green
A hand stitched rendition
Of a Hawaiian theme

Pat Pauly took Debbie Bowles Workshop
And shared her completed quilt
The colors really pop

When Show and Tell's don ethe gal's start to gather
They eat, socialize
and speak of things that matter

And to those friends who used to teach
Don't shoot the messenger
I
ignored english and speech
